Delivery and payment

How payment and delivery work, before you order rather than after.

Paying

We accept MTN Mobile Money, Orange Money and bank cards. You choose at checkout, confirm on your phone, and the order is placed. All prices are in XAF. Delivery is added at checkout and shown in full before you pay — there is nothing added afterwards.

Payments are processed by a licensed provider. We never see or hold your Mobile Money PIN or your card details.

Delivery zones and timing

Zone	Usual time
Yaoundé	1 – 2 working days
Douala	2 – 3 working days
Other towns	3 – 7 working days

Outside the main cities we send through the usual transport agencies. In August and September every school in the country is ordering at once, so allow longer in those months and order early if you can.

Collection

You can collect from us in Yaoundé instead of paying for delivery. Choose collection at checkout and we will tell you when the order is ready.

Schools

School orders are delivered against an agreed date rather than a general estimate, and are invoiced rather than paid at checkout. Request a quote and we will confirm both before you commit.
