Returns and damaged books

What happens when something is wrong with an order. Short version: if it is our mistake we fix it at our cost.

Damaged or wrong books

Tell us within seven days of delivery. We replace the book and cover the cost of getting it to you. A photograph of the problem speeds it up and saves you a journey.

Books you no longer need

An unused book in its original condition can be returned within fourteen days of delivery for a refund or an exchange. Return postage is yours unless the error was ours.

A workbook or cahier that has been written in cannot be returned, because it cannot be sold to anyone else. Please check the class and the title before the pupil starts work.

School orders

Unsold stock from a school order may be returned by arrangement within thirty days, in the cartons it arrived in. Agree it with us first so we can plan the collection.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the Mobile Money number or card that paid, usually within five working days of us receiving the books.

How to start a return

Contact us with your order number and what is wrong. Do not send anything back before we reply, or it may arrive with nobody expecting it.
