Privacy policy

This is a working draft. Have it checked against Cameroonian data protection law before you rely on it.

What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, delivery address, phone number and email address. When you write to us or request a quote we keep what you send so we can answer it. Our website also records basic technical information such as which pages were visited.

What we do not collect

We never see or store your Mobile Money PIN or your full card number. Payments are handled by a licensed payment provider, and only the result of the payment comes back to us.

What we use it for

To take, pack and deliver your order, to answer your questions, to keep the accounting records the law requires, and to tell you about a problem with something you bought. We do not sell your information to anyone.

Who else sees it

Only those who need it to complete your order: the payment provider, the delivery company carrying your books, and our hosting provider. Each sees only what their part requires.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Messages and quote requests are kept while they are useful and then deleted.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to us and we will act on it.
