Who we are

These terms cover orders placed on this website with Bechacam, an educational publisher registered in Cameroon and based in Yaoundé.

Orders

An order is accepted when we confirm it, not when it is placed. If a title turns out to be unavailable we will tell you and refund that part of the order. Prices and availability can change until an order is confirmed.

Prices and payment

Prices are in XAF. Delivery is shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when the order is placed, except for school orders invoiced against a quote, which are payable on the terms stated on that invoice.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates given in good faith, not guarantees. Risk in the books passes to you on delivery or collection.

Returns

Our returns policy forms part of these terms and sets out what can be returned and by when.

Copyright

The text, illustrations and design of our books are our property or our authors'. Buying a book gives you the right to use that copy. It does not give you the right to photocopy it, scan it, or reproduce any part of it for distribution. Schools photocopying our workbooks instead of buying them is the single biggest threat to Cameroonian publishing, and we do pursue it.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of Cameroon.
